Social networkin sites/ dreams

So it's been a while since I've masturbated or watched Porn tho even when scrolling through Facebook or twitter I disturbingly see pornographic images even videos time to time so it seems to find me. Because of Gods grace I tend to quickly scroll past and look to God whenever these images and videos pop up. It makes me frustrated that even on social networking sites people put this material out in the open tho I'm grateful it  has little control over me anymore. My current struggle is when I dream at night. I will have dreams where I start getting tempted to have sex with a lady and or start doing so tho I seem to always stop within a short amount of time I still wake up feeling guilty like I had sinned consciously in real life. I immediately have to repent and confess to God otherwise I make myself and my struggles more important then the Almighty throughout my day. It's amazing to see where God has brought me from my wicked past but I know I am not fully pure or cleanses by my own doing without the forgiveness of Christ. Even if its in a dream I feel like its still a heart problem that needs to be fixed(not of my own strength). Any one else struggle with these nightmares??  Any comments or advice always helps. I've recently started praying every night for Christ to be my fortress  and armor within my dreams and sleep and it has helped waking up without shame
